Google Scholar

Google Scholar can be a helpful tool when you are not finding what you want in databses. It searches for scholarly literature across the Internet and can find some limited open access journal articles and digital books.

BE AWARE: Many of the results you find will not be free and many will not be full text. Searching tools are limited as well so your results may not be relevant to your needs. Try using the advanced search in Google Scholar and these Advanced Search Tips.

If you find an journal article you need that does not have free full text, contact the Librarian with the information (mhm@sa.edu).
